Job Description

Job Summary:

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Conduct user research through interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using industry-standard tools.
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use UI solutions.
Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across all platforms.
Iterate based on feedback and testing results to continually improve user flows and interactions.
Stay current with design trends, best practices, and tools—and proactively share knowledge with the team.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (or similar role) with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as
Figma, Adobe Tools, Canva and More.
Strong understanding of
user-centred design principles, usability heuristics
, and responsive design.
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to various stakeholders.
Experience conducting or contributing to
user research and usability testing
.
Comfortable working in
agile or fast-paced development environments
.

Nice to Have:

Experience in SaaS or B2B platforms.
Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
