Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality designs.
Ensure design consistency and maintain design systems across all digital products.
Present and defend design ideas backed by user data and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Design Tools:
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
Strong understanding of
UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
.
Good hands-on experience in
graphic design and illustrations
.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must have a
stand-out portfolio
showcasing UI/UX and graphic/illustration work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.
