About the Role Were looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to craft engaging and intelligent digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. Youll lead design thinking, use AI tools, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that merge technology and creativity. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor junior designers, guiding new trainees to master UI/UX principles and tools. Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web & mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, dashboards & scalable design systems. Collaborate with product, AI/ML & development teams for seamless delivery. Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Framer . Apply AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT) for faster ideation. Conduct user research, usability testing & ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2). Design marketing creatives, icons & visual assets to support product branding. Stay current with emerging trends in AI-assisted UX & digital product design. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors in Design, Fine Arts, HCI , or related field. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with proven team handling and mentoring capabilities . Strong in visual design, typography, color theory, and layout design . Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator . Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems . Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS preferred. Excellent creativity, communication & leadership skills. Preferred Startup experience is a must, bringing innovative thinking, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset to the team. Experience in EduTech, SaaS, or AI-based product environments .
