UI UX Designer- Hyderabad

Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands‑on UX/UI Designer who lives and breathes the web: responsive sites, landing pages, dashboards, and documentation. You’ll craft user‑centric, typographically strong interfaces with tasteful use of color palettes and modern scrolling/interaction patterns suited to Web3/fintech brands, always performance‑ and accessibility‑minded.

Job Summary

Design seamless, accessible, and compliant experiences for our fintech/Web3 products across web and mobile web. Own flows from discovery to delivery: research, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity UI, and developer handoff. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ship work that is beautiful, usable, and measurable.

Key ResponsibilitiesUX & Research

• Translate briefs into user journeys, information architecture, and low/mid/high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes (FigJam/Figma).
• Map and optimize user onboarding and related flows, including edge cases, empty states, and recovery paths.
• Run lightweight validation: desk research, heuristic reviews, quick user checks, and synthesize insights into decisions.
• Document edge cases, empty states, and error flows for dashboards and transactional UIs.

UI, Visual Craft & Web Focus

• Design responsive websites/landing pages, product dashboards, pricing pages, and docs with clean typography, grid discipline, and brand‑appropriate color systems (light/dark modes).
• Apply modern scrolling/interaction patterns, parallax, scroll‑triggered reveals, micro‑interactions, responsibly (e.g., GSAP/ScrollTrigger/Lenis handoff notes) without harming Core Web Vitals.
• Create marketing pages and hero sections with a strong visual hierarchy. Design banners, flex designs for print or events, social media creatives, and polished mockups for stakeholder sign-off. Collaborate with 3D and motion teams for tasteful effects.

Design System & Accessibility

• Build and maintain a Figma design system: tokens/variables (color/typography/spacing), components & variants, states, and usage rules.
• Uphold WCAG 2.1 AA considerations (contrast, focus order, keyboard support in patterns).
• Ensure fintech compliance guardrails in UI copy, disclosures, and empty states (no misleading claims).

Prototyping, Specs & Handoff

• Produce interactive prototypes to communicate flows, transitions, and states.
• Prepare developer‑ready specs: auto layout, constraints, redlines, breakpoints, exportables (SVG/PNG, 1x/2x), and motion notes.
• Review staging builds; log variances with screenshots and CSS suggestions; support QA until ship.

Experimentation & Performance

• Partner with Growth to run A/B tests on landing sections (hero, pricing, CTA).
• Instrument designs for analytics; monitor behavior metrics (scroll depth, CTR, task success) and iterate.
• Design for performance budgets (image/video sizes, lazy‑loading guidance, LCP/INP/CLS awareness).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UX/UI experience with a web‑first portfolio (sites/landing pages/dashboards).
• Figma expert: auto layout, variables/tokens, components & variants, libraries, interactive prototyping.
• Strong eye for typography, color systems, spacing, and visual rhythm; ability to craft and justify palettes for Web3/fintech aesthetics.
• Proven responsive design skills and handoff quality for modern stacks (React/Next.js helpful). Experience creating banners, flex designs, social media creatives, and high-quality mockups.
• Working knowledge of accessibility and financial compliance implications in UI.
• Comfortable with A/B testing, funnel thinking, and reading behavior analytics.
