Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, based in Faridabad. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs, developing seamless user interfaces, and creating visually compelling graphics. Day-to-day tasks will include creating wireframes and mockups, conducting user research to optimize user experiences, collaborating with developers to deliver functional front-end designs, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. The role also involves iterative testing and improving the user journey for Hobfit's products and services.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Visual Design and creating Mockups
Experience with User Interface Design and expertise in enhancing User Experience (UX)
Knowledge of Front-End Development practices to facilitate collaboration with developers
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the health-tech industry or familiarity with health-focused apps is a plus
