Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the product team to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations, translating them into effective design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and interactions
Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user satisfaction
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance and iterate on design solutions
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across platforms
Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to guide and support design decisions
Maintain a consistent design system and UI components across all digital products
Optimize interfaces for responsiveness and cross-platform usability, ensuring smooth experiences across devices
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovation and design excellence
Work with content teams to create cohesive and accessible visual and textual user experiences
Participate in design critiques, provide feedback to peers, and refine designs based on team and stakeholder input
Promote and advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and across the organization
Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in all design initiatives
