We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in design systems and functional component design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultancy environmentbalancing specialist knowledge with the agility of a generalist mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and an external design system partner to maintain, evolve, and operationalize design systems that power enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Design, document, and update functional UI components that ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Ensure the design system remains current as products and client requirements evolve.
Rapidly iterate based on feedback and usability insights.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and consultants to ensure seamless design-to-development alignment.
Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
