Required Experience and Skills:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
• 2–3 years of experience specifically in data visualization design, dashboard creation, or analytics product interfaces.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and data teams to implement complex interactive UI elements and charts.
• Exposure to designing for multi-platform environments (web, tablet, and mobile).
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Ability to create

  design systems, reusable components, and style guides

  for large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of

  information hierarchy, visual balance, and user flow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process — from concept, research, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final design delivery.
2. Create and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides in Figma for consistency across all products.
3. Design intuitive and visually compelling data visualizations and dashboards, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of charting frameworks and libraries (e.g., D3.js or similar) to support interactive data storytelling.
5. Translate business goals and technical requirements into seamless, accessible, and high-performing interfaces.
6. Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate integration and responsive rendering of charts and analytics components.
7. Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and behavioural insights to refine and optimize user experience continuously.
8. Work closely with product and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum settings for iterative delivery.
9. Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design best practices.
10. Mentor junior designers, review their work, and help establish UI/UX best practices organization wide.
11. Ensure cross-platform design coherence for web, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
12. Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.
