The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UI design tools, industry workflows, and modern design practices , and be eager to share this knowledge with aspiring designers. This is a part-time role where you will conduct classes, provide feedback, manage student assessments, and guide learners through hands-on projects. You will be joining us as a Trainer for our UI Design program. Your role will involve conducting classes, providing feedback, managing student assessments, and guiding learners through hands-on projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting engaging training sessions on UI Design topics, mentoring students on their projects from concept to final UI, providing design reviews and critiques, helping build real-world case study portfolios with students, and collaborating with the internal team to plan assessments and evaluation criteria. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of professional experience in UI Design, proficiency in Figma and/or other leading UI tools, a strong understanding of User Flows, Wireframing, Visual Design, Design Systems, and Prototyping, excellent communication and presentation skills, and preferably prior teaching or mentoring experience. You should be able to dedicate 24 sessions per week on a flexible basis. This is a part-time position with options for Contractual / Temporary or Freelance arrangements.
