UI Designer

As a UI Designer Trainer for the UI Design program, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and practical training sessions on UI Design topics. You will mentor students on their projects from concept to final UI, provide design reviews, critiques, and one-on-one feedback, and help build real-world case study portfolios with students. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to plan assessments and evaluation criteria and stay updated on design trends to share industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on UI Design topics - Mentor students on their projects from concept to final UI - Provide design reviews, critiques, and one-on-one feedback - Help build real-world case study portfolios with students - Collaborate with internal team to plan assessments and evaluation criteria - Stay updated on design trends and share industry best practices Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of professional experience in UI Design - Proficient in Figma and/or other leading UI tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) - Strong understanding of User Flows, Wireframing, Visual Design, Design Systems, and Prototyping - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus - Ability to dedicate 24 sessions/week (11.5 hrs each) on a flexible basis Please note that the job type is Part-time, Contractual/Temporary, Freelance.
