UI Designer

As a UI Designer, your role is to design accessible digital services that work seamlessly across various channels, platforms, and devices to enhance user engagement, increase conversion rates, and improve overall performance. You will collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and maintain a high standard of UI design patterns for a consistent user experience. Additionally, you will work closely with UX Designers and the Chief Product Officer. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather UI requirements - Establish and maintain a set of reusable UI patterns for a consistent user experience - Translate designs and prototypes into live code in collaboration with Developers - Create and manage UI libraries and frameworks - Ensure UI code complies with web standards and best practices - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks - Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS - Experience in developing highly responsive interfaces across multiple browsers - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience working in agile teams - Proficiency in Responsive Design principles - Familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD) - Experience in designing data-centric B2B product solutions - Strong time-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills **Additional Company Details:** You will be involved in designing the final mock-up of an eCommerce platform, including dashboards for managers and front-end interfaces for customers. The aim is to create a modular system for managers to customize templates according to their preferences. Initially, various templates will be designed with different creative approaches. In terms of remuneration, a highly competitive salary package with bonuses and benefits will be offered based on your experience and qualifications.
