Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our design team in Bhilai. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to understand requirements and deliver intuitive UI designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user experience.
• Ensure responsiveness and consistency across different devices and browsers.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate designs for optimal results.
• Work closely with the development team to implement and refine designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Knowledge of UX design principles is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
