Job Description You will contribute as a skilled UDM Service Operations Specialist who specializes in one or more key functions, such as Fault Management, Configuration Management, or Performance Management. You will independently work within global guidelines and best practices, utilizing their expertise to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn You will be working for one or more of the key functions of UDM Service Operations delivery (Fault Management, Configuration Management, Performance Management, Security Management, OSS Management) in a large-scale delivery environment: You will independently collaborate within, while also contributing to, global guidelines and best practices of the Managed Services function(s), set within an overall MS context. You will exhibit substantial discretion and employ specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to resolve complex problems, whether one-off or recurring. You will significantly enhance the managed services process and practice improvements for the function, taking into account efficiency, effectiveness, risk, and quality. You will act as a professional advisor and mentor for staff, work teams, and taskforces, across both own and other functional areas. You will contribute to the strategies and programs for the professional development of personnel in the function(s). Key Skills And Experience You have: Experience: 9-12 years of applied experience with a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA educational background. Experienced in Unified Data Management Service Operations delivery. Expertise in taking high-level responsibility for high-risk Methods of Procedures (MoPs) and change procedures. Proven experience in end-to-end delivery perspective, collaborating with counterparts in other Managed Service functions, Experience in handling high-impact individual or multiple recurrent incidents, or risks. It would be nice if you also had: The ability to develop technical documentation, including detailed designs, plans, and reports. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address network challenges in a complex, multi-cloud environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
