Tvsscs is hiring Assistant Manager- Walk-in interview (30th Aug 25)

Role:

Location:Tamarai Tech Park, Guindy - Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end on time vehicle placement, vehicle tracking, POD and Ebill management, customer Billing
• Prepare, review and update SOP and process flows to reflect latest process updates
• Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done and willing to contribute at all levels, and passionate about achieving success
• Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals
• Perform root cause analysis activities and operational excellence programs when require
• Implement Cost Saving \ Value Addition Project
• Perform process controls and dip stick audits
• Act as a bridge between Control Tower and Other stake holders
• Ensure team members login to shift on time, monitor attendance and adhere to break schedules
• Managing mail boxes and ensuring all emails / calls are handled without delays
• Managing team schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to team members to help them grow and develop their skills
• Identifying and resolving conflicts and obstacles that may impact team performance
• Timely on boarding of new customers to Control Tower
• Co-Ordinate with Hiring team and ensure employees are hired and on boarded timely
• Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders

Experience and Skills required:

• Experience in team handling and rostering
• Good attitude and willingness to work in night and rotational shift and available b on calls as business needs
• Able to delegate tasks, resolve problems
• Good Leadership and Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills Hindi Mandatory
• Good stakeholder management
• Strong logical and analytical thinking

1. It is 24x7 operations

2. Shifts will be between (6:30

   AM

   - 3:00 PM, 9

   AM

   - 5:30 PM, 1:30 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 6:30

   AM), based on roster, off will vary

3. 6 days WFO
