Job Description

The

Delivery Excellence Lead

will spearhead initiatives to drive

simplification, standardization, and delivery efficiency

across the D&T portfolio This role combines deep expertise in

program, project, and portfolio management

with a strong focus on

process improvement, tooling enablement, and governance maturity

Acting as a bridge between

delivery, PMO, and tooling teams

, the individual will define improvement opportunities, lead execution, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance portfolio performance and value realization

Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivery & Portfolio Excellence:

Lead initiatives to strengthen

delivery governance and portfolio management practices

, ensuring consistency in planning, execution, and performance tracking across programs and projects

Process Improvement & Standardization:

Drive

simplification, standardization, and process harmonization

across delivery functions Identify improvement areas, define problem statements, and lead structured execution plans

Tooling & Automation Enablement:

Partner with the

PPM tooling and analytics teams

to define functional and technical requirements, optimize portfolio dashboards, and enhance automation for visibility and control

Portfolio Performance & Insights:

Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, highlight trends, risks, and dependencies, and provide data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance:

Collaborate with PMO, Finance, and Delivery Leads to align on priorities, governance requirements, and reporting standards
Maintain strong communication and change alignment across stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership:

Embed a culture of

continuous improvement and agile ways of working

through Lean, Agile, and delivery excellence frameworks Ensure adoption of best practices across delivery teams

Thought Leadership & Consulting Support:

Act as a

consultative leader

within the PMO, providing strategic recommendations, thought leadership, and structured delivery expertise to shape the future operating model

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in program, project, and portfolio management, delivery excellence, or process improvement roles within large, complex organizations
Proven success in driving

portfolio performance improvements

, including governance, risk management, and reporting standardization
Strong understanding of

PMO frameworks, delivery lifecycles, and portfolio planning principles

Hands-on experience with

PPM tools (eg Planview, Clarity, MS Project, Power BI)

and data-driven portfolio reporting
Expertise in

process design, tooling enablement, and automation

to improve delivery efficiency and transparency
Exceptional

stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving

capabilities
Experience in

consulting or transformation environments

, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver business outcomes
