Position Summary

Level:

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within set timelines. On an as-needed basis, you may mentor and/or direct junior team members or liaise with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements.

Work Youll Do

Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and/or Functions).
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing enterprise-grade integration solutions leveraging Azure components.
• Strong understanding of ESB concepts and integration fundamentals; experience delivering scalable and maintainable solutions supporting robust data and process flows.
• Deep knowledge of API Security (OAuth2, Managed Identities, JWT), API lifecycle management, and governance within Azure API Management.
• Experience configuring and utilizing a broad range of Azure connectors and adapters to enable seamless and reliable integrations.
• Solid hands-on experience with REST & SOAP web services; proficiency in OpenAPI/Swagger specifications for API documentation.
• Experience with messaging services such as Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, and Azure Queue Storage.
• Proven background integrating with major enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in exception handling, monitoring/logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and building automated CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certification:

  Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (or equivalent relevant Azure certifications).

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for Azure integration projects using Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in setting up and leveraging monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights) for proactive issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with low/no-code integration (Power Automate, Logic Apps Designer) for streamlined workflows.
• Familiarity with performance/load testing using tools such as Azure Load Testing or JMeter.
• Experience generating and managing certificates/keys for secure integrations (Key Vault, Azure App Config).
• Familiarity with secrets and credentials management using Azure Key Vault.
• Expertise in implementing advanced event-driven/streaming patterns, durable orchestration, and robust error handling in Azure integrations.

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
