Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Master Data Governance processes to ensure data quality and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and policies.
Analyze and resolve data issues, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Provide expertise in SAP MDG and MDM solutions, guiding best practices and methodologies.
Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on data management practices and tools.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and frameworks
Experience managing master data objects such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance data
Knowledge of data governance processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms
Ability to define and enforce data standards, rules, and validation checks
Experience in data quality management, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation
Familiarity with SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration with MDG
Understanding of data lifecycle management and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving data issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical stakeholders
Good documentation and communication skills
