Responsibilities

Collaborate with design, engineering, and sourcing teams to prepare and finalize prototype BOMs
Validate part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and sourcing data.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for part availability, lead times, and alternatives.
Track BOM revisions and maintain version control throughout the prototype development lifecycle.
Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and BOM updates as designs evolve.Work with Work with PLM systems to input and manage BOM data
Ensure alignment of prototype BOMs with cost targets, build schedules, and with manufacturing team
Assist in resolving part discrepancies or supply issues during prototype builds

Qualifications

B.E. / Diploma Mech or Automobile

Essential Skills

Sound knowledge in automotive process , vehicle build knowledge and BIW and assembly experience, CATIA, NPDM experience

Desired Skills

Good communication, effective problem solving , negotiation
