With a global footprint powered by 19,000 highly skilled experts delivering value in 30 countries, Expleo offers a supportive and inclusive workplace environment in India, which has earned key recognitions such as: - "Great Place to Work" certification - "Progressive Place to Work" by ET Now - "Best Organizations for Women" by ET Now Responsibilities: - Collaborate with design, engineering, and sourcing teams to prepare and finalize prototype BOMs - Validate part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and sourcing data - Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for part availability, lead times, and alternatives - Track BOM revisions and maintain version control throughout the prototype development lifecycle - Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and BOM updates as designs evolve - Work with PLM systems to input and manage BOM data - Ensure alignment of prototype BOMs with cost targets, build schedules, and with manufacturing team - Assist in resolving part discrepancies or supply issues during prototype builds Qualifications: - B.E. / Diploma in Mech or Automobile Essential Skills: - Sound knowledge in automotive process, vehicle build knowledge, and BIW and assembly experience - CATIA, NPDM experience Desired Skills: - Good communication - Effective problem-solving - Negotiation skills Experience: - 3-7 years Benefits: - Collaborative working environment - Continuous learning opportunities - Global organization providing impactful solutions to customers,
