Treasury Lead

Operational

• Assist the Treasury Head in the Company s Fund-Raising Program


• Prepare financial model from scratch for real estate projects being implemented by the company


• Assist lenders in carrying out the appraisal & prepare required Information Memorandums


• Interact with project teams to gain complete understanding of the project & their funding requirements


• Monitor the project during its life cycle to determine any changes in the anticipated funding requirements


• Ensure all required information and documentation is provided /executed within timelines for borrowing arrangements


• Tie up funding requirements in a timely manner and make sure funds are available as needed for the project


• Ensure regular debt service & compliance as per agreed loan/NCD terms


• Prepare & monitor monthly cash flow budget


• Provide necessary support in obtaining and managing Credit Ratings


• Invest & monitor surplus funds in suitable investment avenues ensuring safety while yielding highest possible returns


• Keep track of regulatory requirements and changes to ensure compliance


• Prepare Corporate & Project specific Presentations for discussion with lenders


• Keep abreast of new/alternate financing instruments/options

Education & Experience Requirement:

• CA or MBA with experience in fund raising with a large corporate or bank or financial intermediary. Exposure to to real estate financing or project financing is preferred.


• Thorough understanding of the banking, nbfc and bond market norms


• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point


• Exposure to SAP
