Treasury Lead

As a potential candidate for the role, you will play a crucial part in the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Monthly bank account reconciliation, involving a deep understanding of bank account statements and journal entries - Managing bank accounts, access, and signers - Handling bank administrative roles - Providing audit support and ensuring compliance with all reporting and record-keeping requirements - Undertaking other treasury tasks as required - Having supervisory responsibilities, directing or being accountable for the work of others To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A B.com/MBA (Finance) graduate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in understanding account statements and journal entries - Knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and accounting principles is advantageous - Experience in FX support and settlements - Familiarity with bank account operations and administrative tasks - Willingness to work in the US time zone Additionally, the following experiences are preferred: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Excellent record-keeping and problem-solving abilities - Capability to work independently Moreover, Nextracker, the company you would be part of, is a leading player in the energy transition sector.
