We are hiring a Treasury Accountant Lead with proven expertise in cash flow analysis, financial risk assessment, and global treasury operations. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in treasury management, with strong exposure to team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in Fintech payment ecosystems, processor portals, and SLA-driven financial workflows is essential to ensure seamless treasury functions and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

About the Role

The Treasury Accountant Lead will be responsible for overseeing treasury operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while optimizing cash flow and liquidity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee real-time liquidity and cash flow analysis, optimizing fund allocation and capital utilization.
• Conduct and supervise financial risk assessments, ensuring compliance with global BPO financial regulations.
• Manage and strengthen banking relationships, payment processors, and digital financial platforms across multiple jurisdictions.
• Direct treasury operations related to outsourced financial services, ensuring SLA-driven workflows and operational excellence.
• Guide investment planning, risk assessment, and financial decision-making in a Fintech-BPO & Ecommerce environment.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to align treasury strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare, review, and present treasury reports, reconciliations, and financial forecasts to senior management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the treasury team, fostering skill development and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CFA or CPA preferred.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in treasury accounting, financial analysis, or Fintech/BPO operations.
• Demonstrated team-handling and leadership experience in treasury or financial operations.
• Strong proficiency in digital banking, payment gateways, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical mind set, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Solid background in Ecommerce, digital transactions, global financial operations, and Fintech/BPO compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Fintech payment ecosystems and processor portals.
• Knowledge of SLA-driven financial workflows.
