Treasury Lead

You will be responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk as the Treasury Lead. Your role will involve combining accounting and finance duties to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and optimization of all treasury-related transactions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring daily cash positions and overseeing liquidity across multiple bank accounts. - Conducting regular bank reconciliations and resolving variances promptly. - Preparing and analyzing short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. - Recording treasury-related journal entries in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). - Maintaining and reconciling intercompany loans, investments, and debt schedules. - Ensuring adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and external regulations. - Collaborating with banks for account maintenance, documentation, and transaction execution. - Providing support for month-end and year-end close processes, including reporting and audit assistance.
