Travel Sales Specialist

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Manage pricing, promotional strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably with a travel agency or tour operator.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales.
• Familiarity with travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
