As a Travel Sales Specialist, your role involves assisting North America clients with their travel inquiries, focusing on both international and domestic bookings. This includes flights, hotels, and vacation packages. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls to drive conversions and meet customer needs efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing GDS tools, preferably Amadeus, for booking and managing travel services effectively. - Providing high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns and offering solutions to travel-related issues. - Staying updated on industry trends and specific offers related to North America to enhance the overall customer experience.
