Travel Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about travel and a master of making dream vacations a reality? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help clients book unforgettable international holidays.

What You'll Do

• Design and Sell: Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and professionally sell bespoke international holiday packages, specializing in key destinations like Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Singapore, and Malaysia.

• Expert Booking: Efficiently handle all aspects of the booking process, including searching, quoting, and securing flights, accommodations, and local activities.

• Achieve Goals: Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.

• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction from the initial inquiry through to their return.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in selling international holiday packages and should have knowledge of backend also

• Destination Knowledge: Strong, in-depth knowledge of popular Southeast Asian destinations, particularly Bali, Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as other global hotspots.

• Sales & Communication: Excellent persuasive sales skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals.

• Language Fluency: Fluent command of English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with clients and partners.

• Mindset: A strong customer-focused mindset coupled with a genuine passion for the travel industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance during the interview process.
