Travel Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Travel Sales Manager at Sàwai Black in Gurugram. The Business Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing travel sales, sales operations, sales management, business travel relationships, and budgeting for travel-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new

  HNI & corporate clients

  through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and lead conversion.
• Pitch & close

  luxury lifestyle and travel deals

  with a strong focus on consultative and relationship-based sales.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with

  top-tier clients, CXOs, and key decision-makers

  .
• Develop strategic partnerships with

  travel agencies, DMCs, boutique hotels, aviation companies, relocation firms, and other luxury service providers

  .
• Expand the

  luxury property supply network

  Pan-India and internationally, with a focus on boutique and experiential properties.
• Curate and deliver

  bespoke experiences

  tailored to client needs.
• Drive sales operations with effective

  pipeline management, CRM reporting, and market analysis

  .
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in

  sales, business development, or account management

  (luxury, travel, hospitality, or real estate sector preferred).
• Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills with proven success in closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Passion for luxury lifestyle, travel, and premium client servicing.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and relationship management.
