In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travel enthusiasts—helping them plan, personalize, and book their next big adventure. Key Responsibilities Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and chat support. Understand customers’ travel preferences, budget, and interests. Suggest and sell customized domestic and international travel packages. Offer value-added services such as travel insurance, local tours, and upgrades. Handle end-to-end booking procedures with accuracy and efficiency. Build trust with clients through timely follow-ups and clear communication. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing expert guidance and support. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in sales and a customer-first approach. Ability to identify client needs and match them with suitable travel solutions.
