Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle leads from social media and advertisements.
Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Present travel options to clients, matching their preferences and budget.
Close deals and meet sales targets.
Stay informed about travel trends, destination information, and travel regulations.
Handle travel-related issues and provide solutions to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Assist clients with travel insurance and other travel-related services, while promoting travel packages and special offers.
Adhere to company scripts and guidelines during calls.
Maintain desired conversion rate to achieve sales targets.
Possess excellent communication skills in English.
