Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to design campaigns that boost brand visibility.
• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Support in running paid social media campaigns (if required).
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and aesthetics across all platforms.

• Growth in followers and engagement rate on all social media platforms.
• Increased visibility and awareness of International Youth Club’s travel packages and activities.
• Timely posting of high-quality and creative content as per the content calendar.
• Regular reporting and insights on campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Passion for travel, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design/video editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
