A Travel Support Executive ensures seamless and efficient travel for educational tours and institutional clients. You'll coordinate operations, maintain vendor relationships, manage documentation, and provide real-time support throughout the travel lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Operations & Itinerary Support
Assist in planning and implementing domestic educational tours – flights, accommodations, local transport, meals.
Generate and update detailed itineraries with clear instructions and contingencies.
Monitor tour status and resolve on-trip issues or emergencies promptly.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, bus/train operators, local guides. Negotiate rates, perform vendor audits and recce visits for quality assurance.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage travel documentation: confirmations, payments, visas, medical releases, insurance.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.
Customer Service & On‑Ground Coordination
Act as the primary contact for schools, students, teachers – before, during, and after tours.
Address queries, handle emergencies, and ensure a high-quality participant experience.
Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics
Manage tour budgets, track expenses, and process payments.
Prepare post-tour reports with insights on performance, feedback, and cost-saving opportunities.
Team Collaboration & Training
Work closely with sales, operations, and vendor teams for smooth rollout.
Train and brief on-ground staff or tour leaders on protocols and travel policies.
