Job Description

As a Travel Desk Executive at our hotel in Egmore, Chennai, your main responsibilities will include: - Arranging travel and accommodations, and preparing vouchers. - Coordinating travel arrangements for customers. - Handling booking requests, cancellations, and modifications on time. - Managing travel documentation and paperwork. - Communicating with customers regarding travel arrangements. - Demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - Being organized and able to work under pressure. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Professional attitude and appearance. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. - Excellent organizational skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Customer service attitude.
