Travel Counselor

In this role at American Express, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class service and customized solutions to High Network Individuals (HNIs) and Platinum cardholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of fares and ticketing - Utilizing destination/geographical knowledge and supplier product knowledge - Providing basic destination information with a passion for leisure travel product knowledge - Understanding international travel products, airfares, itineraries, routings, and airlines - Handling end-to-end travel services including hotel, car, visa, packages, and insurance - Managing customer interactions effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-7 years of experience in travel sales and the hotel industry - Graduate with excellent oral and written communication skills in English Preferred qualifications include knowledge of high-end luxury travel and lifestyle products, services, and value propositions, as well as people management, time management, and workload management skills.
