Transport Coordinator - Night Shift – US BPO)

• International BPO / ITES
• 5–8 years of experience in employee transport operations, preferably in night shift BPO/ITES environments.

Shift:

Night Shift (US Timings) – Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and robust Assistant Manager / Manager – Transport to handle employee transportation for our night shift operations. The candidate must be hands-on, quick in decision-making, and capable of managing real-time transport escalations for the travelling staff of 600 + people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end transport operations for night shifts – including routing, dispatch, and emergency handling.
• Ensure timely cab deployment and adherence to shift schedules.
• Monitor real-time cab tracking via GPS systems; take immediate action in case of delays or route deviations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure fleet readiness and driver availability.
• Ensure safety protocols for female employees including panic alerts, call validations, and escort arrangements.
• Handle night-shift transport escalations and provide quick resolutions.
• Prepare and circulate shift-wise transport MIS reports and incident logs.
• Ensure all cabs and drivers are verified and compliant with company and legal requirements.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and manage vendor SLAs effectively.
• Liaise with security, admin, and operations teams for seamless employee movement

Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in transport management, preferably in BPO/ITES night shift operations.
• Strong presence of mind and ability to handle high-pressure real-time scenarios.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with GPS tracking tools and transport software.
• Flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently in night hours.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
