Transportation Coordinator

Greetings, Our client, a digital debt collection agency and BPO company specializing in accounts receivables management and customer service outsourcing, is currently seeking a Transport Coordinator for the Night Shift (US BPO). With 5-8 years of experience in employee transport operations, particularly in night shift BPO/ITES environments, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transportation needs of over 600 employees during night shifts. As the Assistant Manager / Manager Transport, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end transport operations, including routing, dispatch, and emergency handling. Ensuring timely cab deployment and adherence to shift schedules will be a key priority, along with monitoring real-time cab tracking through GPS systems to address any delays or route deviations promptly. Collaboration with transport vendors to maintain fleet readiness and driver availability is essential, as is implementing safety protocols for female employees and handling transport escalations efficiently. Your role will also involve preparing and sharing transport MIS reports and incident logs, verifying compliance of cabs and drivers with company and legal requirements, supporting audits and compliance checks, and managing vendor SLAs effectively. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with security, admin, and operations teams to facilitate seamless employee movement during the night shifts. To excel in this position, you should possess 5-8 years of relevant experience in transport management, preferably in BPO/ITES night shift operations. Strong decision-making skills, excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with GPS tracking tools and transport software, flexibility, reliability, and proficiency in English and Hindi communication are all essential qualities for this role.
