Location: Dilshad Garden Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month Job Summary:SG Bajrang Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Transport Executive to manage day-to-day transport operations, coordinate with brokers, and handle all traffic-related responsibilities. The role requires good communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in dealing with brokers and on-ground logistics. Key Responsibilities:Broker & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate and negotiate with brokers for vehicle arrangement. Maintain strong relations with transport vendors. Source vehicles at best possible freight rates. Resolve disputes related to freight, delays, or services. Traffic & Fleet ManagementMonitor vehicle movement from load point to delivery point. Handle routing, scheduling, and timely dispatch of vehicles. Track shipments and provide real-time updates. Manage traffic responsibilities and compliance. Operational CoordinationEnsure vehicle availability as per daily operational needs. Handle breakdowns, delays, and routing challenges. Maintain records of freight, brokers, and vehicle assignments. Manage LR, POD, and other transport documentation. Compliance & SafetyEnsure drivers follow traffic rules and company policies. Check permits, insurance, driver documents, and vehicle fitness. ReportingPrepare daily operational reports. Track freight cost and suggest improvements. Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in transport/logistics preferred. Strong knowledge of brokers and vehicle sourcing. Good negotiation & communication skills. Ability to handle field operations and pressure situations. Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus.
