Job Title: Telecaller Location: Dilshad Garden (2 mins walk from Jhilmil Metro Station) Shift Timings: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls coming from Justdial. Provide accurate information about products/services to callers. Maintain proper call records and update daily logs. Ensure good communication and a positive customer experience. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Should be punctual and comfortable with rotational shifts. Benefits: No targets – only inbound calls. Convenient office location near metro.
