Job Description

Transformation & Change Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation projects such as ERP Cloud Migration, FP&A enhancement, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Finance, IT, and external vendors for smooth project execution.
Drive change management and business readiness activities to embed new processes and systems.
Conduct impact assessments, develop change and readiness plans, and support successful adoption.
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user guides for Finance and non-Finance teams.
Track project performance through KPIs and dashboards to ensure measurable outcomes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and other university departments.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

Proven experience in
Finance Transformation / ERP or Cloud Migration projects

skills (planning, governance, risk management, vendor coordination).
Expertise in
Change Management
and
Business Readiness
planning.
Experience in
process mapping

stakeholder engagement
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with
finance systems
(e.g., Oracle Cloud, Banner Finance, SAP, Workday) preferred.
Project management certification (e.g.,
PMP, PRINCE2
) is an added advantage.

Ideal Background

8+ years of experience in project/change management roles, preferably within finance or higher education domains.
Demonstrated success in managing complex transformation programmes
