Job Summary

Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update payment status in the system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support efficient recovery.
• Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and statements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for reconciliation and escalations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards.
• Visit customer sites for on-ground collections or document pickup.

Required Skills

• Any degree (freshers with excellent communication may apply).

• Hindi is mandatory

  (spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to travel.
• Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Preferred Attributes

• 0 - 7 years’ Experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable / Field Collection.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under strict timelines.
