About the Role We are seeking a Senior SEO Executive with advanced expertise in Semantic SEO , Topical Authority , Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) , and Geo-SEO strategies to lead our search visibility efforts across multiple digital assets. This role requires a deep understanding of the evolving search landscape, structured data, and content architecture that ranks for both traditional search engines and answer-based interfaces (like Google SGE and voice assistants). Key Responsibilities Semantic SEO & Content Structuring Optimize website architecture and content using entity-based SEO techniques. Implement schema markup (JSON-LD) to enhance rich results and SERP features. Collaborate with content teams to create intent-driven and semantically rich content. Topical Authority Building Strategize and implement content cluster models to establish domain topical relevance. Conduct in-depth keyword and entity research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or InLinks. Audit internal linking structures and optimize to reinforce topic hierarchies. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Optimize content for voice search and featured snippets. Implement FAQs, how-tos, and zero-click content tailored for Google's SGE, Alexa, and Siri. Track and enhance visibility in People Also Ask,” knowledge panels, and entity boxes. Geo & Local SEO Optimize websites for region-specific searches using location-based schema and landing pages. Manage Google Business Profiles (formerly GMB) and local citation consistency. Track and report performance of geo-targeted keywords and multi-location SEO strategies. Technical SEO Collaboration Work closely with dev and UX teams to implement SEO recommendations. Support crawlability, site speed, structured data, canonicalization, and mobile optimization. Use tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, and GTM to identify and resolve technical issues. Keyword Strategy Development Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on search intent, semantic relevance, and SERP features. Develop topic clusters, long-tail keyword plans, and entity-based keyword maps aligned with business goals. Leverage tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, SurferSEO, and InLinks to identify ranking opportunities and content gaps. Build and maintain keyword tracking dashboards for monitoring position changes, competition, and CTR across key landing pages. Collaborate with content teams to align keywords with content briefs, meta tags, header structures, and internal links. Regularly audit keyword performance to refine targeting based on ranking volatility, intent shifts, and algorithm updates. Reporting & Analysis Create SEO performance dashboards and monthly reports. Analyze keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversion data to improve ROI. Stay ahead of SEO algorithm updates and industry trends. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in advanced SEO strategies. Strong knowledge of Semantic SEO, schema markup, and NLP-driven optimization. Proven experience in building topical authority for B2B or B2C websites. Experience optimizing content for Answer Engines and featured snippet acquisition. Proficiency in geo-targeted SEO, multilingual/multiregional SEO is a plus.
