We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a proven track record in senior and mid-level hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, collaborating with department heads, and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Junior to senior-level positions across departments. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and headhunting). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Manage and coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final selection processes. Maintain strong candidate pipelines and a talent pool for critical roles. Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining formalities. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Implement employer branding strategies and participate in job fairs or networking events. Maintain recruitment data and prepare dashboards for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on middle and senior-level roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
