As a Transaction Consultant in the COE Transaction Management Team at JLL, your role revolves around coordinating transactions across the APAC region to manage the real estate portfolio of a prominent client. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively risk-manage and steer all current and future transactions within the assigned region. Your primary responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies for enhancing the client's real estate presence, overseeing the portfolio, and serving as a risk manager for all real estate endeavors. Your primary focus will be on facilitating seamless transactions that uphold quality, timeliness, and risk mitigation standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate transactions throughout the APAC region - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage transaction risks - Develop and execute strategies to enhance the client's real estate footprint - Oversee the real estate portfolio and act as a risk manager for all real estate activities - Ensure the delivery of seamless transactions with a focus on quality, timeliness, and risk mitigation - Collaborate with various teams within JLL and the client - Offer strategies for portfolio optimization - Keep the client informed about changes in the real estate market - Provide insights from real estate benchmarking data/analysis - Educate the client on competitors and industry trends - Establish strong client relationships and meet their expectations - Provide advisory support for the account - Collaborate with client teams for risk mitigation and issue resolution Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree with 5-6 years of work experience - Ability to establish deep client connections and manage relationships effectively - Strong analytical skills - Emotional intelligence for handling clients from diverse cultures - Proficiency in MS Excel - Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts with stakeholders At JLL, we offer personalized benefits focused on supporting personal well-being and growth.
