Job Description

Job Description: As a Transaction Consultant in the COE Transaction Management Team at JLL, your role involves coordinating transactions across the APAC region for managing the real estate portfolio of a leading client. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to risk-manage and drive all existing and future transactions for the assigned region. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for the client's real estate footprint, maintaining the portfolio, and acting as a risk manager for all real estate activities. Your focus will be on delivering seamless transactions with the right quality, timeliness, and risk-mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate transactions across the APAC region - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to risk-manage transactions - Develop and implement strategies for the client's real estate footprint - Maintain the portfolio and act as a risk manager for all real estate activities - Deliver seamless transactions with the right quality, timeliness, and risk-mitigation - Coordinate with different teams within JLL and the client - Provide portfolio optimization strategies - Update the client on real estate market changes - Highlight real estate benchmarking data/analysis - Educate the client on competitors and industry trends - Build strong relationships with clients and meet their expectations - Provide advisory support for the account - Engage with client teams for risk mitigation and issue resolution Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree with 5-6 years of work experience - Ability to establish deep client connect/relationship management - Strong analytical skills - Emotional intelligence for managing clients in different cultures - Strong MS Excel skills - Ability to articulate messaging and resolve conflicts with stakeholders At JLL, we offer personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth.
