Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional

Role Overview: As a Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional at Bahwan Cybertek Group, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing retail account transactions for the company's Cash Management and Banking services. Your role will involve ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency in handling retail account transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of retail account transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes related to cash management and banking services. - Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management. - Provide training and support to junior team members regarding retail account procedures and best practices. - Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. - Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless transaction processing and service delivery. - Monitor and enforce adherence to operational processes and controls to mitigate risks and enhance customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders to track operational efficiency and account activity. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Banking, or a related discipline. - Experienced in implementing Temenos T24/Transact core banking modules at an international level. - Strong expertise in key Transact modules such as AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Customer, Limits, Collateral, and Static tables is required. - In-depth understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements is essential. - Preferably holds T24/Transact product certification on relevant modules. - Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA (for risk analysis, change request logging, and conflict management) is preferred. - Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is desirable.
