Role Overview: As a Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional at Bahwan Cybertek Group, your role will involve managing and overseeing retail account transactions for the company's Cash Management and Banking services. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, analyzing transaction data, providing training and support to junior team members, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries, developing relationships with banking partners, monitoring operational processes, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of retail account transactions - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes - Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to junior team members - Act as a point of contact for client inquiries - Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners - Monitor and enforce adherence to operational processes and controls - Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Banking, or a related discipline - Technical experience in implementing Temenos T24/Transact core banking modules - Strong expertise in key Transact modules such as AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Customer, Limits, Collateral, and Static tables - In-depth understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements - Preferably holds T24/Transact product certification on relevant modules - Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools - Proficiency in tools like JIRA - Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint In your role, you will also engage in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, stakeholder management, documentation, training, and support.
