Key Responsibilities

• Placement Strategy:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive placement strategy.
• Secure internships and final placement opportunities for students.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
• Student Training:
• Design and implement training programs for soft skills and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum with industry needs.
• Corporate Relations:
• Organize campus recruitment drives, placement fairs, and industry visits.
• Establish and leverage a strong alumni network for placements and mentorship.
• Operations & Reporting:
• Manage student placement data and corporate contacts.
• Prepare reports on placement performance for leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in training and placement, preferably in higher education.
• Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Core Competencies:
• Proven track record in successful placements.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in placement management software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 5 years (Preferred)
