Seek external research funding through grants and collaborative projects. Collaborate with colleagues and institutions to advance interdisciplinary research . 3. Academic Service & Leadership Contribute to departmental committees, curriculum development, and strategic planning . Organize academic events , such as conferences, workshops, and seminars. Provide mentorship to junior faculty, adjunct instructors, and students. Represent MIET at professional conferences, industry forums, and academic associations . 4. Professional Development Stay updated on advancements in the field through continuous learning and professional development . Actively participate in academic and industry networks to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
