Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to support our Placement activities. The role involves generating leads, scheduling visits, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing communication with students, recruiters, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and establish new industry contacts for placement opportunities.
Schedule and conduct visits to companies, institutions, and industry partners.
Handle outbound and inbound calls with recruiters, HR managers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate placement drives, training sessions, and related logistics.
Maintain and update records of company interactions, placement opportunities, and student participation.
Provide regular updates to the T&P Head/Management on progress and outcomes.
Support students in placement-related queries and ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Management background preferred) with 5-8 Years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Student Placements including Lead generation, corporate relations, or coordination roles will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to travel locally within Bengaluru for visits/meetings.
Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented
