Job Description

Placement officer should connect students with jobs by building industry relationships, coordinating recruitment events, and providing career counseling and skill development to prepare them for the job market and facilitate their transition from campus to career.
Offers guidance on career paths, job expectations, and interview processes.
Organizes training sessions and workshops on soft skills, communication, resume building, and interview techniques.
Provides one-on-one mentoring to boost student confidence and navigate career challenges.
Maintains accurate records of placement statistics, company details, and student databases for reporting and analysis.
Facilitates industrial training and internship opportunities for students.
Collects feedback from both students and recruiters to improve placement and training programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹156,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
