Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring product readiness among the pan-India bathroom sales teams of a 20+ year old luxury brand for interior lifestyle products. Your primary focus will be on training new and existing sales employees on newly launched bathroom products. As a Training Manager, you will be expected to travel extensively across India, conducting training sessions, workshops, and collecting feedback from the field. Key Responsibilities: - Develop training modules that highlight the sales features, benefits, and positioning of newly launched bathroom products. - Conduct structured training programs in various locations, utilizing both in-person sessions and digital platforms. - Provide insights on new products from a salesperson's perspective, emphasizing unique selling points, objection handling, and conversion potential. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with brand, technical, and sales objectives. - Create engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, visual aids, and digital resources. - Visit showrooms and franchise locations nationwide to deliver live training sessions and familiarize sales teams with the products. - Observe in-store sales interactions to offer real-time coaching and identify additional training requirements. - Gather feedback from the sales team on new products and compile actionable reports for the Product Team. - Share market insights, challenges, and recommendations for product or sales improvements with relevant stakeholders. - Develop refresher modules and concise product capsules to support continuous upskilling efforts. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through quizzes, check-ins, and sales impact analysis. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or training within the luxury interiors, building materials, or lifestyle products industry. - Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful training sessions that drive tangible business results. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and motivate others. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout India for training purposes. - Proficiency in using digital platforms for remote training delivery. - Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
